Should I contact Medico before signing a lease?

Yes. Bringing the construction team in early can help identify layout, electrical, plumbing, mechanical or permitting issues before you commit to a space.

Can you renovate a clinic that's still operating?

Some projects can be phased to reduce disruption to operations. Medico will assess the project, access requirements and safety considerations to determine the appropriate approach.
